Apple Harvest Favorites – Hands OnThere’s more to apples than apple pie, for sure! Come learn about different apples and how to use them as we sauté, stuff, roast and eat everyone’s favorite fruit. Using local apples, we’ll balance the sweetness with spice, highlight the crunch in salads, and roast them until they are buttery and melt in your mouth. These recipes are good for the harvest, and all year ‘round. This class is appropriate for individuals 18 years and older.

Instant Pot 101 – Hands OnInstant Pot is the latest craze to hit the culinary scene and we love ours! If you are afraid to take yours out of the box, or want to find out what Instant Pot is all about, come to this fun and informative hands-on class. This class is appropriate for individuals 18 years and older.

Fall Fresh Pasta – Hands OnFresh pasta is a wonder and a joy to eat, and it’s easy to do at home. Join us to learn how to create fresh pasta dough, which we’ll roll and cut into fettuccine and use for ravioli. We’ll also create two sauces that are delicious and simple to make. This class is appropriate for individuals 18 years and older.
